Treatments: All treatments, procedures, and prepaid services are non-refundable. Payment is for the treatment(s) and/or procedure(s) performed, not for any specific result. Aesthetic results vary and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment for additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Credits: Prepaid service credits and accumulated funds are non-transferable. Credit from prepaid services may be applied toward other services at the sole discretion of West Wilson Aesthetics.
Gift Cards: Gift cards can be used for any product or service. They are not credit/debit cards, come with no implied warranties, and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled without a fee if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered “Late-Cancellations” and may incur a nonrefundable fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows or failure to cancel within 24 hours may also result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may affect the completion of your service and could result in being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s). To ensure a complete experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Appointment Confirmations: As a courtesy, confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance via SMS and email to the contact information provided at booking. Failing to respond to these confirmations may lead to your appointment slot being released to another client.
Products: Returns on any prescription or retail skin products are not accepted under any circumstance.
Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
