SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, we require a credit card to reserve any initial consultation, good faith exam, or service at WW Aesthetics. If you are unable to provide a card to reserve your appointment, it will not be scheduled.

PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
First-time patients should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure all new patient paperwork is completed.

LATE ARRIVAL
Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled. We will try to accommodate you if you arrive late, but we cannot promise your full service time. You will be charged the full value of your treatment for arrivals that are more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES
As a courtesy to all, we require 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Schedule changes or cancellations that provide less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

MINIMUM AGE
No Clinic treatment will be performed on a child under 18 unless the parent remains present in the room during the treatment.

GRATUITY
Upon checkout, you may add gratuities at your discretion and be appreciated by the staff for an outstanding experience.

CELL PHONES/PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES/ CAMERAS/VALUABLES
We strive to provide our clients a tranquil and private escape from the outside world. Upon entering the Clinic and spa, please help by turning off and securing cell phones, personal electronic devices, and cameras. Cameras and video recordings are strictly forbidden to honor our clients’ privacy.

MEDICAL CONCERNS
All new patients will be provided an initial Good Faith Exam/ Consultation with one of our medical providers as this is required by Law. The fee for our Good Faith Exam/ Consultations is $100. At the time of scheduling a brief Health History Intake Form will be sent to all clients and must be completed before scheduling a medical spa or medical appointment to ensure we can provide service. Please inform us of any medical or special needs, such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, or any other exceptional circumstances that require attention. Based on your health history or communications with the provider, they may cancel, recommend a different service, or modify a service to ensure your safety. We are most interested in your safety and comfort, so we reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
